My name is Courtney Murphy and I am interning with the Human Resources, Communications, and Organizational Development department. As a communications major, my projects and tasks are quite different from my fellow interns.
My name is Piyush Goyal and I am an intern on the Strategy and Planning team. For my cohort project I helped create and develop this very webpage.
My name is Matt Dolan and I am an intern with Application and Information Services. The project I am working on with my cohort group is a fun augmented reality app for self-guided tours at U-M.
My name is Pratika Mohan and I am an intern for Support Services on the Performance Excellence and Reporting team. For my department project, I am creating a set of scorecards for the ITS Service Center Help Desk. Overall, these scorecards will serve as a reporting tool for the Help Desk to analyze agent performance.
My summer spent working here at ITS has been a terrific learning experience and extremely rewarding.
My name is Hassan Mahmood and I am interning with Identity and Access Management and am working on a project to improve the process that a person goes through if they have a cloud service or application that they would like to integrate with the University's login system.
My name is Zach Scott, and here at ITS I work within Teaching & Learning. My project involves the development of a new platform. This platform will combine geographic information systems, like Google Maps, and augmented reality software to reveal the social and historical richness of campus in new and exciting ways.
My name is Mike McGookey and I am interning with the Database Administration group here at ITS. I am working on a few different projects for my department. They include building a Google Site to house the team’s resources, editing and writing bash scripts for database maintenance, and researching a package management system for synchronizing database settings across servers.
