The University of Michigan LSA 2021. I'm majoring in Organizational Studies, minoring in Business.
What is your dream job after college?
I hope to be changing society in a meaningful, sustainable way, through technology, social psychology, and positive business.
What has been your favorite part of the internship thus far?
I love being around the people here; the intern planning team, all the interns, the speakers at our Friday retreats, my mentor, and my cohort project teams all make this "job" incredibly enjoyable.
What skills are you hoping to gain or build by the end of this internship in August?
I'd like to grasp at a high level the various ways tech and people interact at ITS, and master communication customs within a large organization.
What assumptions did you have coming into the internship program?
I thought that most employees would be hard to reach and dismissive. I was pleasantly surprised from day one how inclusive, caring, and kind everyone was.
